Haiti and FBC

Wear your blue jeans and work clothes this Sunday.  Instead of regular class, Connect4 will be heading down to the basement to work with one of our partner ministries, CrossLink.  We will be sorting medical supplies to send to Haiti as part of the ongoing relief effort of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF), who had a presence in the country long before the current crisis and will stay long after our country forgets about it.

In addition, CBF medical missionaries have requested items listed below.  All items can be purchased over-the-counter, but must carry an expiration date of September 2010 or later.  Also, all items must be new and unopened.  With regard to medicines, liquids are not acceptable; please donate pill-form medications only.  Know, too, that generics are welcome.  All items need to be in by Sunday, February 28, 2010.
